Mihail Sorbala, candidate for membership in the Superior Council of Prosecutors from among civil society representatives, was heard by the members of the Pre-Vetting Commission in the process of financial and ethical integrity evaluation of the candidates for the position of member in the self-administration bodies of judges and prosecutors, according to Law no. 26/2022.
Following the evaluation procedure, the Commission issues a decision regarding the promotion or failure to promote the evaluation.
