Journalist Cristina Popescu talks with Herman von Hebel about the evaluation process of judges and prosecutors who want to run for the Superior Council of Magistrates and the Superior Council of Prosecutors. The international expert spoke about: – when the evaluation process will end and when we could meet the new members of the CSM and CSP; – how difficult or easy it is to assess the integrity of candidates for these positions; – what kind of justice can we expect after this “radiography”. In the same way, the experience of other states in the justice reform process was discussed, related to the example of the Republic of Moldova.
