Team presentation: Victoria B. Henley – international member of the Pre-Vetting Commission

For more than twenty years Ms. Henley has participated in justice reform programs on judicial ethics and discipline, judicial reform, anti-corruption, and accountability measures both nationally (United States) and internationally in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Hungary, Macedonia, Philippines, Tanzania, Ukraine, and Moldova! In the US she served as Director and Chief Counsel of the California Commission on Judicial Performance, as President of the Association of Judicial Disciplinary Counsel and as a member of its board of directors.
