Two magistrates, candidates for membership in the SCM, Aliona Miron, from the Supreme Court of Justice, and Veronica Cupcea, from the Orhei Court, who received the results of the Pre-Vetting Commission’s evaluation earlier this week, accepted the publication of the Commission’s reasoned decisions.
Following their notification that they do not object to publication, the decisions have been placed on the Commission’s website in a depersonalized form and will be published on the website of the Superior Council of Magistracy. The candidates failed the evaluation.

🔸 Pursuant to art. 14 para. (1) of Law No. 26/2022, the candidate is entitled to appeal this decision within 5 days from receiving the decision.
