On Tuesday, November 28, at 4:00 PM, the Pre-Vetting Commission will conduct the repeated hearing of Tatiana CHIRIAC, a candidate for the membership in the Superior Council of Magistracy from the non-judicial candidates with professional experience in law or other relevant field. The interview will be public and conducted online via the ZOOM platform.
The hearing is part of the resumed evaluation procedure of the candidate, ordered by the Supreme Court of Justice that admitted its appeal.
Those wishing to participate are requested to notify the Commission’s Secretariat in advance at the email address secretariat@vetting.md by Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM, to receive the link for connecting to the session. In the notification, the name and surname of the participant as well as the organization she/he represents (if relevant) will be provided mandatory.
IMPORTANT: Throughout the hearing, participants from civil society, the media, and the general public will not be allowed to record videos, take photographs, or raise questions to the candidate or Commission members. Failure to comply with these rules will result in removal from the ZOOM meeting.
After the conclusion of the hearing, video recordings in Romanian and English will be published on the Commission’s website www.vetting.md and the YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@comisia.prevetting .
