The Pre-Vetting Commission announces that Tatiana Chiriac, non-judicial candidate for position in the SCM, failed the evaluation. The conclusion is found in the decision sent to the candidate and the Parliament, the institution responsible for organizing the competition in this case.
Tatiana Chiriac can accept or oppose to the publication of decision, according to the provisions of Law No. 26/2022. The decision may also be appealed before the Supreme Court of Justice within 5 days from the date of receipt.
So far, the Pre-Vetting Commission has issued decisions on seven candidates from the group of professionals with experience in law or other relevant field, submitted by the Parliament for positions in the SCM. Only candidates who pass the evaluation of the Pre-Vetting Commission are eligible for membership in the SCM.
