Rodica Ciobanu, candidate nominated by the Academy of Sciences for a position of member in the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP), was heard by the members of the Pre-Vetting Commission in the process of financial and ethical integrity evaluation of the candidates for the position of member in the self-administration bodies of judges and prosecutors, according to Law no. 26/2022. The evaluation covers a period of 15 years.
Following the evaluation procedure, the Commission issues a decision regarding the promotion or failure to promote the evaluation.
